Early Detection of Skin Cancer: Resources and Information Toolkit for Primary Care

September 19, 2019

The Health Promotion Agency (HPA) has recently released an Early Detection of Skin Cancer Information and Resources Toolkit, which brings together resources and information from HPA, Melanoma New Zealand, Cancer Society and MelNet.

All resources in the toolkit are FREE to order by clicking the links provided with each resource.

These resources can help communicate to patients the importance of getting any skin changes or moles of concern checked early by a primary care practitioner. They promote skin checks, with an emphasis on men aged 50 years and over who are most at risk of skin cancer.
