Welcome to the 2026 New Zealand Skin Cancer Summit
We warmly invite you to join us for the 2026 New Zealand Skin Cancer Summit. This year marks a new chapter — the first Summit under our new name, Skin Cancer New Zealand, and the first to address all types of skin cancer, not just melanoma.
Our 2026 theme, “Equity in action: Bridging gaps for skin cancer”, reflects our commitment to ensuring prevention, early detection, treatment, and support are accessible and equitable for everyone. The programme will feature engaging keynote presentations, interactive panels and skills-based workshops showcasing innovative research, practical strategies, and collaborative approaches.
Bringing together clinicians, researchers, educators, policymakers, and advocates from across New Zealand and beyond, the Summit offers a unique opportunity to share knowledge, strengthen networks, and set priorities for skin cancer management that will help to reduce the burden of disease and improve outcomes for those affected.
We look forward to welcoming you to Wellington in June 2026, to learn, connect, and take action together.
