• Guests are responsible for the payment of accommodation directly to the hotel. 
• Cancellation is offered free of charge up to 30 days prior to the arrival date. Any bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to the arrival date will be charged a cancellation penalty equal to the nights cancelled.
